Pulmonology Coding Alert

Correction

In the January 2006 issue of Pulmonology Coding Alert, the article "Reporting 90780-90784 for Drug Infusions? Not Anymore" instructed you to report Xolair injections using 90772 (Therapeutic, prophylactic or diagnostic injection [specify substance or drug]; subcutaneous or intramuscular). That information was wrong. Use 96401 (Chemotherapy administration, subcutaneous or intramuscular; non-hormonal anti-neoplastic) for Xolair administration.
