Correction:
Modifiers -26 and -TC The March 2005 Pulmonology Coding Alert article titled "Follow This Modifier -26 and -TC Decision Matrix to Nail the Correct Code Every Time" stated that "In cases in which the physician does not own his own equipment, you should append -TC."

This should read, "In cases in which the physician  does not own his own equipment, you should append modifier -26."
