V49.8x, V13.2x Expand FPs' Status, History Options

This fall indicate a do not resuscitate order using new V code.Struggling to find a V code to use for DNR or dysplasia check up code? ICD-9 2011 ends the hunt.Use V49.8x for DNR, Physical RestraintsTwo new codes capture 'status' of a patient.
