HEALTHCON participant Answer: “The best thing I ever heard was from a doctor who had ‘thank you cards’ readily available in his office. When someone would compliment his front desk staff or other billers, etc., he would give them a blank card and tell them to write it and he would give it to the employee. He told the employees to post or keep them, and then when review time came around, he told them to bring them with to the conversation.
