Don't Put Suspended Claims on the Back Burner

Question: My office has a few claims that have missing or incorrect information. I'm new to the practice, so I'm not sure what to do with these claims. Should I just put them through anyway and keep my fingers crossed? Instead, put these claims on hold or suspend them, then do some homework on these claims soon. You'll be more likely to find the information you need to submit a clean claim.
