There was an error in the last issue of Medical Office Billing & Collections Alert in the article "Incorporate New ABN To Collect For Non-Covered Services Going Forward." The article incorrectly referred to the new advance beneficiary notice (ABN) as CMS-R-193. The correct form is CMS-R-131.
