Answer: For CRPS Type 1, otherwise known as RSD, you should 337.22 (Reflex sympathetic dystrophy of the lower limb) for lower extremity. For CRPS Type 2, otherwise known as causalgia, you should report 355.71 (Causalgia of lower limb) for lower extremity. Check with your provider as to which type is appropriate.
