ASHA Offers SLP Medical Review Guidelines

Avoid payer problems with this go-to guide. No one likes fighting with claims reviewers or insurance payers over payment for medically necessary services like speech therapy. Good news:
The guide contains key policy information including "provider qualifications, descriptions of services, standard practices, documentation of services, and treatment efficacy data," ASHA noted in a May 9 release.
