You can access the AAP's letter encouraging Menactra coverage and reimbursement from the AAP's Web site.
The July 2005 Pediatric Coding Alert listed an incorrect link for the document "meaning_conjugate_vacine_11.pdf." American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) members can locate the letter by going to www.aap.org/moc. Look for the Menactra coverage letter under the "Private Sector Advocacy" link on the main page.
