You can study the following chart to get a preview of what's in store for your lab coding in 2005. CMS unveiled the new pathology codes, along with 11 new clinical laboratory codes, as part of its public fee-schedule meeting held in July. An "x" substitutes for the last digit of each code because the AMA had not assigned the last digit prior to their release for the meeting.
