Remember Blood Count Bundles With This Clip-and-Save Chart

Use the following chart to find the 25 edit pairs that the National Correct Coding Initiative, version 10.0, put in place for new 2004 CBC codes G0306 (Complete [CBC], automated [Hgb, Hct, RBC, WBC, without platelet count] and automated differential WBC count) and HCPCS G0307 (Complete [CBC], automated [Hgb, Hct, RBC, WBC, without platelet count]). The chart also lists the assigned modifier indicator of either "1," meaning that you can override the edit pair with a modifier such as -59 (Distinct procedural service) or   -91 (Repeat clinical diagnostic laboratory test), or "0," meaning that you can't override the edit pair.
