Reinstated Semen Code Target of Many Edits

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services reinstated semen analysis G0027 as of last January, but now it becomes mutually exclusive with another semen analysis code, 89321. It also becomes a component of semen testing codes 89300-89320. And clinical pathology consultation codes 80500-80502 became components of G0027 as well.
