Finally: All Four RACs List Areas of Review on Their Web Sites

The most common review areas, which overlap two or more RACs, are blood transfusions, IV hydration services, and bronchoscopy billing. Other issues that one or more RACs are reviewing include urological bundling and wheelchair bundling.
Keep in mind:
When a RAC lists its open issues, it also lists the applicable states where it is reviewing them. For instance, Region B (CGI Federal) lists three review issues on its Web site, but they only apply to providers in Indiana, Michigan, and Minnesota. CGI has not yet listed the issues for the other states it oversees (such as Kentucky and Ohio).Bottom line:
