If you received the Medicare Contractor Provider Satisfaction Survey (MCPSS) and didn't respond, it's not too late to add your two cent's.
The deadline to respond to the survey was Jan. 25, but the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services will be contacting providers that didn't respond in the next few weeks. CMS wants to know how your carrier scores on communications, responding to your inquiries, claims processing, appeals, enrollment, medical review, and audits.
CMS sent the surveys to a representative sample of providers.
