Correction:
ZPICs to Collect Flat Fee, Not Percentage

In last week's issue of the Insider (Vol. 9, No. 37, page 281), we indicated that contractors participating in the government's new Zone Program Integrity Contractors (ZPIC) program will collect a percentage of the money they recover. However, that was inaccurate. In fact, the government will pay the ZPICs a flat fee for their work.
