Following are the codes most often reported by ENTs, according to a Medicare statistical analysis E/M Code Comparison report that was released by Part B MAC Palmetto GBA earlier this year. The analysis reviewed claims for specialty code 04 (Otolaryngology) for the time period Jan. 1, 2015 through June 30, 2015, and revealed the following results:
