Louisiana Subscriber Answer: Report the tendon repair with 24341 (Repair, tendon or muscle, upper arm or elbow, each tendon or muscle, primary or secondary [excludes rotator cuff]). Then include 727.60 (Nontraumatic rupture of unspecified tendon) for the diagnosis.
