Massachusetts Subscriber Answer: You should report 733.99 (Other and unspecified disorders of bone and cartilage; other) for Gorham's disease, which is also called "Gorham's osteolysis" and "vanishing bone disease."
 
Although this rare disease can affect any bone, the most common sites are the shoulder and pelvic girdles.  
 
There are not, however, more specific codes depending on the site of the patient's illness.
