Michigan Subscriber Answer: You can use 24342 (Reinsertion of ruptured biceps or triceps tendon, distal, with or without tendon graft). This code specifies the reinsertion of ruptured biceps or triceps, distal end. Orthopedic surgeons always repair triceps distally.
