Eversion of the lacrimal punctum (375.51) is the most accurate diagnosis for the procedure performed. The procedure is coded 68705 (Correction of everted punctum, cautery), and you should append modifier -50 (Bilateral procedure) to the procedure code to indicate it is performed bilaterally.
