A few diagnosis codes that may support performance of this surgical procedure are as follows: 379.33 -- Anterior dislocation of lens
379.34 -- Posterior dislocation of lens
743.36 -- Anomalies of lens shape (microphakia, spherophakia)
996.53 -- Mechanical complications of other specified prosthetic device, implant and graft; due to ocular lens prosthesis.
