Question: What is the correct ICD-9 code for giant papillary conjunctivitis?

Answer: According to Regail Watson, insurance manager for Norfolk Eye Center of Norfolk, VA, the correct ICD-9 code is 372.12. While this code is actually for chronic follicular conjunctivitis, it is the closest to giant papillary conjunctivitis, Watson explains.
