Answer: Yes, you can report O99.713 (Diseases of the skin and subcutaneous tissue complicating pregnancy, third trimester), L29.9 (Pruritus, unspecified), and Z3A.32 (32 weeks gestation of pregnancy).

However, make sure the patient does not have pruritic urticarial papules and plaques of pregnancy PUPPPs (O26.86) rather than some other rash in pregnancy. PUPPPs is very itchy and starts on the stretch marks and can spread. It may have fluid filled weals as well. While PUPPPs does not lead to liver disease, a general rash may be an indication of either Hep C or liver disease.
