CCI 18.3 Zeroes In on Repair Codes and I&D

The indicator is "1," but for Medicare, that means the repair must be in a different location than where the physician performed the I&D. Also, CCI 18.3 bundles these same codes into 11976 (contraceptive implant removal), 11980 (hormone implant) and 13160 (secondary closure of wound dehiscence).
