Answer: B. Continue to report the Agency Medicare Provider Number (now called the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Certification Number or "CCN"), CMS instructs in Question 8 of the new OASIS questions and answers. "The agency NPI number will not be collected anywhere in the OASIS data set," CMS says. These May 2007 Q&As are posted on the OASIS Certificate and Competency Board's Web site.
