Answer: Yes, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services says in question 176 of the updated OASIS Questions and Answers. You should report the visit by the (non-home care) nurse based on which provider - such as the doctor's office or outpatient clinic - sent the nurse, CMS clarifies.
