Report Distinct Services of Each Surgeon

QuestionIf both an ENT and neurosurgeon are using 61782 at the same time but each are using it for their own part, can I code it for both of them? Maybe with a -59 for one of them? Can one report 61782 with 69990 to a non-government payor? Florida SubscriberAnswerCode 61782 (Stereotactic computer-assisted (navigational) procedure; cranial, extradural (List separately in addition to code for primary procedure)) and 69990 (Microsurgical techniques, requiring use of operating microscope (List separately in addition to code for primary procedure)) may be listed together with the code for the primary procedure. Modifier -59 (Distinct procedural service: under certain circumstances, ..........................) can be used.
