New York SubscriberAnswer: The correct code for VectorVision (a navigational instrument similar to an Integrated Solutions Group [ISG] wand) is +61795 (Stereotactic computer-assisted volumetric [navigational] procedure, intracranial, extracranial, or spinal). This is an add-on code, and according to the Coders' Desk Reference, you should report it "in addition to the procedure code when the physician uses a computer to assist with coordinate determination established with a CT or MRI scan."
