NCCI Bundles Steroid Injection/Hemilaminotomy

Question: The surgeon performed an L4-5 hemilaminotomy and diskectomy with an epidural steroid injection. May I report the injection separately?

Ohio Subscriber Answer: No, you cannot be reimbursed separately for the epidural injection.
