Answer: CADASIL is an acronym for Cerebral Autosomal Dominant Arteriopathy with Subcortical Infarcts and Leukoencephalopathy. Appropriate diagnosis codes include 290.4x (Vascular dementia) and 290.41 (Vascular dementia with delirium).
