Many people fail to use 99211 when they should, or they'll use it incorrectly. The following 99211 myths can help you report this code correctly every time. Myth: You should use 99211 only for nurse visits. Fact: Physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants can use 99211 as well as nurses.
