OIG Wants Feedback On Nursing Facilities CPG

Let them know what you think by Feb. 25

According to the Jan. 24, 2008, Federal Register, the nursing home industry has changed dramatically since the OIG published its first compliance program guidance (CPG) for it in 2000, and the OIG also wants to address risk areas in the new CPG that it has discovered through its compliance activities over the past eight years.

To let the OIG know your comments on the CPG, submit your feedback by Feb. 25 either electronically (at www.regulations.gov), or by U.S. mail.

Visit http://oig.hhs.gov/authorities/docs/08/CPG_Nursing_Facility_Solicitation.pdf for more information on the OIG's efforts.
