Under the Comprehensive Care for Joint Replacement (CJR) Model for Acute Care Hospitals Furnishing Lower Extremity Joint Replacement Services Final Rule, the selected metropolitan statistical areas (MSAs) decreased from 75 (proposed) to 67, due to a change in MSA selection criteria. Here are the 67 MSAs included the final rule:
