As is customary with incoming presidential administrations, White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel issued a memo Jan. 22 directing federal agencies to stop pending rules until the new administration has time to conduct a review of each one, according to theWashington Post. The American Association for Homecare and the National Association for Independent Medical Equipment Suppliers are asking Congress to review and rescind the new final rule issued Jan. 16 under the policy,the trade groups say.
