Find out how Nursing Home and Swing-Bed ISC Reference Tables have changed.

In addition to replacing one diagram in Chapter 2 of the updated RAI Manual v1.12, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) also revised several tables. Here’s what these figures look like now.

On page 38 (Section 2.6), CMS replaced the old “Entry, Discharge, and Reentry Algorithms” diagram with a new one:
