Track Residents Toileting Schedules
Published on Thu Jul 24, 2003
Place cardboard "alarm clocks" labeled odd or even on the doors of residents who require toileting. The caregiver moves the hands of the clock each time she toilets the resident. The nurse in charge can then see if a clock is behind schedule.
