In the 2012, volume 2, number 3 issue of the ICD-10 Coding Alert, you will find a typo in the article "ICD-10-PCS: Step 1 to Coding Section '0'? Identify the Body System." In Solution 2, the full code should be 092YX0Z. Remember, ICD-10-PCS codes should always be seven digits.
