• Native coronary artery
• Native coronary artery of transplanted heart
• Bypass graft of coronary artery of transplanted heart
• Coronary artery bypass graft(s), unspecified
• Other coronary artery bypass graft(s)
• Autologous vein coronary artery bypass graft(s)
• Autologous artery coronary artery bypass graft(s)
• Nonautologous biological coronary artery bypass graft(s).

Columns: On the top row, choose the column that matches the documentation for angina pectoris:

• Without (NOS)
• Unstable
• With documented spasm
• Other
• Unspecified.
