Workers' Class Action Lawsuit Dogs Beleagured Hospice

Add a class action lawsuit to the list of San Diego Hospice’s woes.
A suit was filed on behalf of the 360 workers the hospice fired after news of its Medicare audit broke, reports Bloomberg News. The suit claims the workers were fired without 60 days’ notice as required by federal and state labor laws.
