Hospices should mark their calendars for Hospice Item Set training from CMS.
On June 17, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services will discuss the new HIS Manual (V1.02) in a MLN Connects National Provider Call, CMS says in an email to providers. “This call will focus on updates that were made to the HIS Manual from V1.01 to V1.02 and provide clarifications of HIS definitions and expectations for use.”
