If you missed the last Special Open Door Forum on the new Hospice Outcomes & Patient Evaluation (HOPE) tool, you can still stay informed on the project’s progress.
The slides from the Sept. 12 forum on HOPE tool are posted at www.cms.gov/Outreach-and-Education/Outreach/OpenDoorForums/ODFSpecialODF.html. And you can pencil in December for the next forum on the tool, a Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services official said in the Sept. 18 Open Door Forum for home health and hospice providers.
