A federal court has dismissed an EEOC lawsuit against Fremont Regional Hospice in Canon City, Colo., reports the Pueblo Chieftain newspaper. Former part-time nurse Sheri Peter alleged she was threatened with termination because she did not participate in religious-themed meetings.
