VNSNY Purchases White Plains Hospital Agency

The Visiting Nurse Service of New York has bought the White Plains Hospital Center's (WPHC) certified home health agency for $5.1 million, VNSNY says in a release. The VNS is establishing a branch office in Rye Brook to serve Westchester County, it says. All "field professionals" from White Plains Hospital Home Care have been offered positions with VNSNY, the release says. "Most will transition to VNSNY employment."
