It's Time To Change Out Your OASIS-D Forms, If You're On Paper

You are officially allowed to use the OASIS-D form another year. Along with a postponement of OASIS-E is an extension of the Office of Management and Budget approval of the current form. “The new expiration date is November 30, 2024,” the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services notes in a message to providers. Tip: “Providers collecting OASIS on paper may use up any current inventory prior to using the instruments with the updated expiration date,” CMS offers.
