Check Out CERT Details With This Resource

Keep tabs on your CERT-requested charts, for starters.

If you’re stumped by CERT updates and are searching for all the latest and greatest on the program, look no further than the helpful CERT C3HUB.

Scoop: In January 2021, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services created the CERT C3HUB “to provide Medicare providers, suppliers, and contractors with information about the Comprehensive Error Rate Testing (CERT) Program and to facilitate coordination, collaboration, and communications between all stakeholders,” the website says.

All the Medicare Administrative Contractors link to the resource and some of the top features include:

  • Portal to submit documentation to CERT auditors
  • Ability to check CERT chart status and update provider/supplier information
  • Ability to check individual status of claims pulled for review
  • Disaster and extraordinary circumstances guidance
  • Attestation and additional documentation request (ADR) sample letters
  • Frequently asked questions (FAQs)
  • Additional CMS guidance
  • Announcements and news related to the CERT program

Resource: Find the CERT C3HUB at https://c3hub.certrc.cms.gov.
