What Will It Take To Get Your Workers To Get The COVID Vaccination? One State May Have The Answer

If you feel like you’re not making much headway in convincing your vaccine-hesitant workers to get the COVID-19 jab, you may find help from outside sources. For example: Ohio has launched its Vax-a-Million lottery, which will award a $1 million prize or a full-ride scholarship to a four-year university in the state every week for five weeks starting May 29, for residents who get vaccinated. Vaccinations for residents ages 30 to 74 spiked by 6 percent after the lottery announcement, following weeks of steady decline, NBC News reports.
