Watch Out For HHA Surety Bond Threat This Legislative Year

Copays aren’t the only thing from the Obama administration’s budget causing home health agencies anxiety. The President’s budget proposal for 2015 also calls for increasing the minimum amount of the HHA surety bond to $50,000, notes law firm Reed Smith in analysis of the document.
