Tune Into Special Forum On F2F Template May 20th

Home health agencies have high hopes that CMS will eliminate the physician narrative portion of the face-to-face encounter requirement (see related story, p. 138). But if it doesn’t, you may want to use CMS’s proposed “Suggested Electronic Clinical Template for Home Health” to help your docs provide the documentation necessary to fulfill the F2F requirement.
