Tip: Check This If Your Adjustments Aren't Working

If you're wondering why your claims adjustments won't work, you might have to check where your claims are. "In order to adjust or cancel a claim, the claim must appear in status/location P B9997," regional home health intermediary Cahaba GBA reminds HHAs in an e-mail message. "If your claim does not appear in this status/location, you must wait until it has moved to P B9997 before you can submit your adjustment/cancel."
