Senior Living Co. In Show Me State Buys Home Health Provider

St. Louis-based senior living company Lutheran Senior Services plans to acquire St. Louis Home Health for undisclosed terms, the company says in a release. LSS also furnishes private duty, hospice, and palliative care, it says. STL-HH has “a specialty in orthopedics” and will extend LSS’ footprint in Illinois, according to the release. LSS is a faith-based nonprofit. Twenty-five-year-old STL-HH serves 3,500 patients annually in Missouri and Illinois.
